  • Final prices depend on quantity, quality specifications, packaging, incoterm, and shipment schedule.
  • Orders are confirmed only after mutual written acceptance and agreed commercial terms.

4. Payment Terms

Payment methods, milestones, and credit terms are defined per contract/invoice. Delayed payments may affect dispatch schedules and may attract applicable charges as per agreed terms.

5. Export, Shipping, and Delivery

  • Shipment terms are governed by agreed incoterms (for example FOB, CIF, CFR, EXW).
  • Estimated dispatch and transit timelines are indicative and subject to carrier, port, customs, and force majeure factors.
  • Buyer is responsible for import permits, destination compliance, and local regulatory clearances unless otherwise agreed.

6. Product Quality and Claims

Quality parameters are supplied based on agreed specifications. Any claims regarding quality, quantity, or damage must be raised with supporting evidence within the claim period defined in the purchase agreement.

7. Compliance and Restricted Trade

Transactions are subject to applicable trade laws, export controls, sanctions screening, anti-bribery, and anti-money laundering requirements. We may decline or cancel orders that violate legal compliance requirements.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, brand assets, and materials are owned by or licensed to the company. Unauthorized reuse, copying, or distribution is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from website use, delays, third-party logistics, or market fluctuations.
